New York based artist Marilyn Minter spend months taking pictures of female pubic hair, in different colors, shapes and textures and depicting them in "glitzy", beautiful sensual close-up photos and paintings of natural femininity. For art book "Plush" Marilyn collaborated with publisher Fulton Ryder to release very limited edition of 500 copies and 10 deluxe copies. Carefully crafted from silicone, pigment, resin and hair, the work depicts two nude bodies - each donning the sharp-angled head of a fox and about about one-quarter life size.
