Carefully crafted from silicone, pigment, resin and hair, the work depicts two nude bodies – each donning the sharp-angled head of a fox and about about one-quarter life size. Melbourne-based artist Sam Jinks presented his latest sculptural piece ‘Unsettled Dogs’ as part of Art Stage Singapore 2013. The artwork is strikingly realistic, reminiscent of work by Ron Mueck – carefully crafted from silicone, pigment, resin and hair to depict two nude bodies.
